Naula Ancient City is located in the Alanya district of Antalya. Situated 10 km from Alanya, within the borders of Mahmutlar, Naula Ancient City is a hidden historical site surrounded by walls and once used as a harbor, preserving its general form to this day. The agora, which existed in every Roman city, stands out as a place of life and settlement where people lived, leaving behind remains such as baths and necropolis. Built in honor of Emperor Bassianus, who ruled between 211 and 217 AD, the structures are notable for their large semicircular iconic recesses and window-like forms crowned with half domes placed on the facades.
This iconic recessed window form is commonly found in Roman cities and was designed as a structure in the form of a room opening onto a stoa covered with curved, high-backed stone seating rows, creating a suitable place for making speeches.
Founded with a young perspective to bring innovation to the construction sector, the brand aims to contribute to the promotion of Alanya by carrying a global vision to the city. The name of the brand was inspired by the Naula Ancient City. One of the brand’s goals is to introduce this ancient city—little known even by the local people of Alanya and sometimes unheard of—to local, national, and international audiences, while also helping to preserve this historical heritage.
